Whether you are an experienced gym user or total beginner The Gymz is a relaxed and friendly place for your workout. Our qualified and knowledgeable staff are on hand to offer advice and assistance with your workout and every month they run a 'weights and measures' session to help you track your progress.

The Gymz offers a  Mixed Gym which includes a range of cardiovascular machines, weight  machines, free weights, abdominal area for fitness, weight loss, toning and body building and a Ladies Only Gym offering a 30 minute express circuit and Classes!
